No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

At Minimalist Bling, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except in cases where you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please follow these steps to initiate a claim:

Unboxing Video Requirement

• To process your claim, you must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video that captures the entire process from unboxing the package seal to revealing the item, including the shipping label with your name and address.
• This video must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Return & Resolution

• Once we verify the issue through the provided video and receive the returned item, we will initiate an exchange or provide a store credit.
• Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Important: Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be entertained, as this ensures a fair and transparent process for all our customers.

1. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
2. Orders placed on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Timeframe

1. Standard Shipping delivery: 4-7 business days (depending on location).
2. Express Shipping delivery: 1-3 business days (at an additional cost).

3. Shipping Charges

1. Free shipping on orders above ₹1999.
2. A nominal shipping charge applies for orders below ₹999.

4. International Shipping

1. Currently, we only ship within India.

5. Order Tracking

1. A tracking link will be shared via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
